            of the NomCom. But I can tell you that we have excellent
            female candidates but unfortunately
            did not tick all boxes. </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in

            feel the concern that rotating people in and out might not
            necessarily contribute to community vitality, I guess that
            goes beyond the remit
            of NomCom. This is a concern that the community might need
            to find a way to
            address. And for the IPC members being overrepresented on
            the GNSO council should
            be a concern. It was not part of the criteria received by
            the NomCom for the

            I agree that NomCom need to do more outreach. But
            again, how do we address the issue of poor application and
            the concern of
