[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating Raphaël Beauregard-Lacroix for the NCUC chair position

Hey all,

Thank you Farzi for the nomination!

Raphaël has been one of the NCUC nominees to the NCSG Executive Committee
in this past year and has really been a key representative there. Adding to
that, I would put more emphasis on the tireless work hes performed with the
membership management system, aka. the thankless job.

Having worked closely with him in the past year I can state he is a very
responsible and committed member, who understands a lot about our
constituency and membership process. And will also be a good leader for
NCUC :)
