[NCUC-DISCUSS] Chair travel reallocation attempt

Dear Chair,
This is an upset to the NCUC  EC setup and participation at the Puerto Rico
meeting. NCUC EC has been doing a remarkable work boosting the visibility
of NCUC in ICANN and IG space in recent times. I hope there is a way to
make sure NCUC have a great showing at ICANN 61.
