[NCUC-DISCUSS] Chair travel reallocation attempt

Dear members,

It's sad that you are cancelling.

I suggest that an alternative be created immediately we cannot miss out
WSIS.

Also as we note the next FY CROP has been removed from the list and we need
to discuss possible alternatives for engagement strategies.

I suggest a draft statement be drafted such that there is an alternative.
