[NCUC-DISCUSS] Middle East and Adjoining Countries Group at NCUC

I agree Ayden, and for the purpose of this list (the NCUC Middle East and
Adjoining Countries list) anyone from the 22 Arab states, Iran, Turkey,
Afghanistan, Pakistan, *AND* Israel or those "familiar with domain name
issues in these regions" may join.

I was simply adding clarification about why the MEAC Strategy Working Group
(MEAC-SWG) does not include Israel in case there were any lingering
questions. Each country also corresponds to a different region (any country
mentioned in Asia is with Asia-Pacific, while North African ones are with
Africa).
