Again I would exercise the caution of mixing both but if it pure mailing list we can try and see. But again If and if there seems issues I would like to recommend we keep this point in mind. If we split them or not.

Geopolitical location puts Israel in Middle East but I have not seen many organizations placing them together. 

But you may want to try.
