Hi,

I am sorry, I was traveling and didn't get to respond earlier. As Rafik
explained NomCom representative will be appointed by the NCUC executive
Committee. We will deliberate soon and come up with a decision. Ines, of
course, has recused herself from the decision making process since she is a
candidate.
