[NCUC-DISCUSS] Facebook as an obligatory requirement for being ICANN60 fellow

I totally agree, nobody should have to join Facebook.  They can find 
another way to communicate.  I am quite surprised, as I am also 
surprised to find that  Siranush Vardanyan is now ICANN staff. So how do 
we best argue with this policy?
