All, to Milton's blog piece, I have now added my CircleID piece --- 
http://www.circleid.com/  It describes how the Independent Review 
Process rules are missing basic protections for fairness and due 
process. We need better, stronger, fairer provisions for Notice and 
Intervention.  Right now, many key parties are locked out of the IRP = 
and that can't continue (because it might be you or us). Please take a 
look!
