[NCUC-DISCUSS] English version of the Report of Benin DNS Forum 2016 is now available!

Hi Farzi,

I've attended the Turkey DNS Forum for two years now, and while some issues
like governance and legality have been addressed, the vast majority of the
issues that fall within the remit of the NCUC has not been covered. In
their defense, however, the political environment is unfortunately not
currently conducive to rights-based issues in Turkey, and I don't know what
the demand is for non-technical ICANN policies either.
