[NCUC-DISCUSS] English version of the Report of Benin DNS Forum 2016 is now available!

Thanks a lot Mathias for sharing this announcement and the report with us.

I think the overall program looks very interesting and I wish the program a
successful event for this year too.

I was wondering if in these DNS forums and programs, issues such as
noncommercial registrants rights and other non-technical ICANN policies are
mentioned and discussed? Or is it only limited to technical and economical
issues?
