[NCUC-DISCUSS] Meeting with ICANN CEO

Hi dear Chair and Thank you for giving is this opportunity.
My question is as followed : what is ICANN statement on the shutdown of the
Internet in some countries (Gambia, Cameroon ...)
My 2 cents.
