You need to check again for your information sources cause that is not the information that I have. The letter from Joseph is not sufficient. You will need to local invite. And with that and because they have issued a couple of visas for those attending ICANN meetings, it will take three days to get.

I already have the invitation letter signed by Joseph De Jesus. In Kenya there is no much restriction for people traveling to India there is even the option of visa on arrival at Airport. .
