I am following the list but I am more confused now that I read the
GNSO Policy Briefing

Is it possible to confirm please if all these * really mean close sessions

I'd also kindly ask if fellows/newcomers can be exceptionally let in
as observers on them or at least some of them?
If they have to go through a procedure for the permission (i.e.
emailing chair directly) pls. enlighten
