[NCUC-DISCUSS] WBC Global policy support pilot - is NCUC participating in it?

It is interesting to know that such provisions are available to bring in
new members on board.
This is will be good to have it take off in the new year and we are certain
a handful of new hands will join the ICANN policy development process.
Great development and I am sure the EC will act on the best interest of
NCUC.
