[NCUC-DISCUSS] Revising the NCUC Bylaws

Thanks Avri
I beginning to sense that some people are just relunctant about review this
bylaws and their reason, I am yet to know, but it behoves on all of us to
get it up and moreso the leadership of NCUC.
And I have asked the question where are we in the bylaw reworking and I
could get is a link of doodle, which for me is not an answer.
There was a guideline by Bill earlier, are we following it in dealing with
the assignment as finetuned?
I think we should be more of dealing or doing things with human face
(Humanity) if you like, than political inclination.
