[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC French translation project [was Chinese Translation Project]

Hi Njoroge,
The Swahili translation from Google is too literal. I do not think it would
help a normal Swahili speaker from say Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania...
Do you speak Swahili? Perhaps we can collaborate to improve this
translation and bring it to standards?
