[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fellows Announced for the BA Meeting

Thanks Naveed for these interesting suggestions.  As you know, we sent out a questionnaire link yesterday where we are trying to gather input from members on precisely the sorts of points you raise under 1 and 2.  If you could fill that in with the same ideas we’ll have them in the right place to facilitate follow up discussion.

As to BA, please don’t assume that a meeting is definitely on, we are just discussing, and there are many variable that have to be sorted out before a decision is reached.  Normally such events are geared toward exploring some current and contentious policy issues and getting civil society views on the table, so the target audience is more external than internal, but if something happens we could consider stapling onto it some sort of special NCUC briefing for newer members as well.
