Hi Bill,

Thanks a million for the tip re. transcripts, Bill. I would have taken half
a day to figure that out - much appreciated.

My hat is off to you for the patience and perseverance needed to help steer
the MAG. A personal thanks from me for doing so, as we desperately need to
keep, as you say, strategic minded people from CS on that. I hope we can
get some more, going forward - big encouragement to anyone who's thinking
of putting their hat in the ring.
