Groveling apologies to Niels for mistakenly sending this message to ncuc-discuss rather than ncuc-ec at lists.ncuc.org.  It was the end of a long day at yet another IG conference here in Turin, I was rushing to get the message out, and I didn’t notice which address my mailer selected.
