1. they have been doing great work and we need their help in future
2. We should try not to be so last minute...sometimes when you agree to
last minute it is useful to say "dont ask for last minute the next time.
we will have to turn it down on principle but we are happy to do it this
time."
3. What meetings is he missing that you wanted him at...accountability
is the biggie in my view, maybe Gabrielle could proxy for him on the
phone...ditto for public forum (where he will be missed)
