Thanks all,
I think we may have to wait to see what ICANN makes of the proposal, but
definitely I don't see them assenting to us managing the staff and its
better if the staff has a structured institution; it gives an element of
'security' for whoever occupies the post to put his/her best, while we
drive the 'vehicle' as co-pilot.
