Yes indeed, I'd certainly welcome a bandwidth reallocation.  But to be clear, that 13 was a hypothetical I suggested in response to the notion of NCSG/NPOC/ NCUC sharing, who knows what we might actually get in the end.

I only noted that in OECD CS selects and manages its own secretariat person.
