[NCUC-DISCUSS] Protect The Children From the Dangers of the Internet Workshop

Fearing of that, I asked to see Hugo's presentations.

I know from previous experiences that "protecting" means different things
in differents environments.

For us in Portugal, for example, "protecting" means "educating", while as
we see, in England they have taken the view where "protecting" means more
"forbidding".

I really would like to see Hugo's presentations before making my mind.
