[NCSG-Discuss] NCSG lists on non-ICANN servers

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I have worked on Corporate Roll Outs of total system replacement. I was 
left behind to make it work at arms reach of the users. Needless to say, 
I had armed myself with access to make unauthorized changes so that 
everything worked properly, including the users.  I received respect and 
commendation from the top and praise from the users.  No one asked how.
