[NCSG-Discuss] NCSG lists on non-ICANN servers

Hi all,

There certainly have been no such concerns expressed wrt *any* of the ALAC
and At-Large lists, which are hosted by ICANN despite occasionally carrying
the kind of content Alex describes.

There are codes of conduct established by the associated entity, but beyond
that no limits of which I'm aware. There may be good reasons to host the
list outside ICANN, but content restriction isn't one of them.

FWIW, the software and admin interface used by ICANN lists (well, all the
ones I've worked with) are standard Mailman.
