[NCSG-Discuss] NCSG lists on non-ICANN servers

Excuse me for jumping in while we wait for Robin to respond.

My understanding is that ICANN may/was/perceived not to tolerate of be most
comfortable with very liberal civil society expression (citing MOPO or
concern with lawsuits for hosting such content on their servers?)
