Dear Remmy,
This behavior by the Canadian High Commission is clearly unacceptable. In
choosing its future meeting venues, ICANN would do well to call on the Dept
of Foreign Affairs of the candidate or prospective host country to be
advised of entry visa requirements and increased volume of visa
applications.
