If such an issue is still on the table, it should be in the form of a
proper PDP that can better incorporate input from all communities.

This was a hastily-assembled reaction to a specific Board request. Its core
question has been asked and answered.

The very fact that it's not a working group is only the most obvious clue
of this effort's ad-hoc nature. Since the Board has explicitly rejected any
wording changes to the AG, continued use of a Drafting Team for further
work is wholly inappropriate.

FWIW, I support its dissolution. I am speaking here because the differences
in process enable different levels of engagement of non-GNSO communities.
