NCSG input on request for special privileges for Red Cross & International Olympic Committee regarding Internet domains

Just wondering... supposing redcross were protected, would that later
disqualify/risk 'Mr. Red Closs' from registering "redcloss" on un-reformed
UDRP's 'confusingly simmilar' claims grounds?
