Amber, have you attended any NCSG-NCUC meeting as yet, I don't
remember you participating to raise any concerns or intentions in
Seoul or Nairobi?

Maybe you are attempting to create a conflict of interest in the name
of a non-profit constituency and you may want to explore the option of
becoming an At-Large ALS under ALAC: http://www.atlarge.icann.org/en/

Community process strengthening and participation is about winning
consensus and support of the community, not going totally against the
whole Non-Commercial spirit.

Lurking on lists is not a reason to confide in and that creates
serious concerns. As a member of NCSG-NCUC from the developing world,
I would never recommend such an approach because it also exposes
intentions of many such as the ICANN staff issue already raised here.

IMHO, you should win community and not turn the community against this
issue therefore you should respect the community member's concerns
because alone, there is no constituency.

The concerns shown by the membership of the NCSG-NCUC community are
very valid and your position is a discrimination one.

It is still my humble advice that you should join the ICANN community
and constituency process through ALAC and NARALO (North American
Regional At-Large Organization) instead of attempting to create cracks
in the existing one.
