YJ:
We need more detail.
First, it is not "ICANN's" decision to exclude NCDNHC. That
decision must be made by the Names Council. As of a few weeks
ago, after a specific appeal from me, the NC quite clearly
declined to throw us off, and several expressions of support
for making an exception in our case were received.

If that has changed, how did it change and when?

I inform the constituency that NCDNHC was notified by ICANN
that NCDNHC is about to lose its voting right on the NC as of
May 30, 2002, if we don't pay for 2001 dues for DNSO.

According to the record provided by Diane Schroeder, we have
paid around US$ 6,000 which still needs another US$ 7,000.

If we don't take proper action within two months from now on,
following at-large members in the icann process non-commercial
voices f.a.d.e. a... w... a.....y......

We once succeeded in raising US$ 5,000 donation for 1999 dues
and 2000 dues was exempted by friendly motion by NC. We have
tried to raise US$ 13,000 for 2001 dues in the form of NCDNHC
membership fee in association with voting rights, which reached
only US $6,000 or so.

Please, pay attention to your membership fee payment for 2001.

Regards,
YJ Park
