[ncdnhc-discuss] Participation without representation?

Dear YJ, Milton and others,

When I met Phillip Sheppard, I asked it again to clarify it.
His answer is almost the same as Milton's. 
Phillip added that NCDNHC's case could be regarded to be in good faith
because it showed up it's willingness for contribution. But, with regard
to the remaining unpaid amount, he said it should be put. To my worry, he
added that now due to Lynn's proposal, it is not the concern of NC
members.
