Dear James Love and others,

Thank you for your comment and I truly feel sorry for your disappointment!
What you proposed for the future procedure of nominating appropriate
people for those TFs is still valid and is open-ended for discussion.

Firstly, we should confirm how freely we could decide for the appintment
of representative for our constituency. Because some TF rep. looks to be
limited to NC persons. Regarding this, I want to hear the advices from the
former adcom members.

Secondly, we thank for your contribution for this proposal and would
discuss further in Accra meeting. If possible, hopefully, Manon Ress would
explain the need and the more materialized procedure. Anyhow, it takes
some time.

Thirdly, we should continue to work in those TFs even before we complete
our procedure. Some TFs will have meetings in Accra. Therefore, I am very
open for the possible change of our adcom decision in future when we would
agree upon the procedure. The present decision is considering the
continuity of the work at the moment. To reserve decision about the vacant
seats for the time being is not a good idea. 

I am looking forward to more discussion on this issue.
