Dave, even if someone thinks they have a good reason to do something, they 
should still answer basic questions about what it costs.  ICANN is levying 
taxes on Internet users (make that "user fees" on domain owners), and it 
isn't out of line to ask where the money goes, or how much stuff costs.  Jamie
