Your asking this sort of question of ICANN and your consuming this forum 
about it seems considerably more odd.

Karl brought a lawsuit.  ICANN must respond.  Don't ask them for details 
about their efforts to defend themselves against an attack.

If you want to ask useful question, ask Karl why he chooses to act in such 
a constantly hostile and destructive manner to the organization he is 
legally obligated to try to help.
