Milton, I wasn't in the teleconference, but I heard the mp3.
As far as I know, the Names Council didn't voted in the
Policy Statement on .ORG yet. What other NC members of other
constituency requested
was more time to consider it.

Milton. What you are saying misinforms the NCDNHC members about the
instructions
I provided to you and YJ for the Names Council meeting on December 13.
1. I acknowledged, for the purposes of December 13 meeting, the results
of
NCDNHC MdR meeting by instructing to YJ, my proxy, that in the event
that the
Names Council make votation on the Policy Statement on .ORG, then my
vote be
"In favor".
Everybody can verify this here:
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc06/msg00503.html
2. I stated that in the event that any member of the Names Council
propose to postpone voting
the Policy Statement on .ORG, also I instructed my vote "in favor".
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc06/msg00503.html
3. Futher, I explained the reason why I would support to postpone
voting, which basically I said that I think
that Louis Touton comments deserves consideration of all
constituencies that might wish to discuss it before holding
any voting regarding Statement Policy on .ORG
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc06/msg00506.html
Milton, please stop to misinform the members on the things I have said
or done. Remember that my comments are in public lists, and futher
remember that there is an mp3 recording of what happened in the meeting,
and unless my English is too bad (which think is pretty good), no vote
on Policy Statement on .ORG has taken place yet within the Names
Council. It is not the same
to request a delay of a voting than to have voted against something.
In fact, the only thing I have heard from all constituencies said in
general is that they need more time for discuss within
their own constituencies on .ORG.

I hope that my request to finally make the votaion on MdR resolutions
take place and results be published
before January 16. I have one month at least insisting to the AdCom to
organize the voting, and two weeks
ago the last document that Chun needed was submited in order to begin
online voting...and for any reasons
my requests and comments regarding voting issue are being ignored.
Best Regards
Vany
