[ncdnhc-discuss] Election results! NOT TRUSTED

Dany, it seems Pablo Allietti should not have been excluded from the
voting list. Instituto Nacional de Investigacion Agropecuaria has
been a member since February 4, 2000 and he has been their
representative for as long as I remember (i.e. since I maintained the
member list, some time ago.)

A runoff would, I think, be fairest way to resolve this, unless, of
course, either you or Erick wish to withdraw.

Proposal:

Only those who cast votes in the first stage of the election will be
eligible to vote. (Those of us who did not vote last week, or
whenever it was, do not get to vote in the runoff.)

Dany and Erick are given 3 days (from some date set by the Adcom) to
produce a 500 word (maximum) statement.

These statements sent to voters with the ballot, straight up and
down, Erick or Dany.

Thanks,

Adam
