Thank you for your clarification.

Election officers, Milton and myself, already clarified this situation
on the phone on Feb. 23 4 am here in Seoul time and Feb 22 2pm 
in NY.

At that time we agreed to resend the ballot to Pabloa as requested.
Milton was to talk to Elisabeth.

The current election is formally ended on Friday 22 February 2002.

Currently, the election result was reported without Pabloa's ballot.
Due to sensitivity about this election result, Election officers have
asked Elisabeth to clarify the situation before we can all agree.

Hoping this can explain about the situation....
