[ncdnhc-discuss] One suggestion for .ORG TF participant!

Martin Luther Mueller here, ready to do the constituency's service.
Keep in mind that this is a very short (ten-day) review of a staff RFP.
The DNSO TF will not have the leverage to force a major rewriting.
The purpose of the review is to make sure that the RFP
meets DNSO policy. I will be one of seven TF members.
I will not be, and cannot be under the rules, reinstated as
chair of the TF.
Alejandro's response is a prime example of what's wrong
with the dominant Board-faction's mentality. I played a major
role in forming the initial policy, and am almost certainly in
the best position to follow up at this stage. Yet, because I
am critical of the Board I am perceived as a threat, and A.
proposes that the policy making processes must
be rigged to exclude people who disagree rather than used
as a method to forge agreement. I'm sure the constituency
will reject his "advice."

Are we right in assigning him a task that he could either find thankless
beyond belief, being so contrary to his beliefs, or deliberately try to
redirect? In my predominantly Catholic country they call this "Putting the
Church in Luther's hands" - I hope not to offend any sensitivities by
using this saying. The contrast in the phrase is meant to emphasize that
this measure would be unwise.
I should add that in the present stage it would be particularly valuable
to be represented by someone with at least an appreciation of real-life
service operations of the Internet.
Yours,
Alejandro Pisanty
