A good idea...not related with the agenda issue at
Marina del Rey, by way.  I am sure ICANN Board though
in this already.

As fas as I know, Stuart Lynn is a Board Member and
not an staff member.  Anyway...I think that we are
thinking things that haven't happen yet.  Lets wait
the agenda they propose to see if it meets our
expectative or not.

And?  Terrorist actions in USA has opened the eyes to
ICANN that it is also wise to think in Security issues
too, beyond the security concepts people think about
like intrussion in webservers, etc.

This is outside the scope or ICANN...This is not the
concept of security that ICANN needs to deal.  As I
told you  before, it is beyond Defacements, DoS
attacks, etc.

You see? Still insisting.   Milton...this is not about
Hacking or Cracking a server.
