[ncdnhc-discuss] WIPO report mixed on further domain name restrictions

The World Intellectual Property Organization has issued a report that
discusses possible further rules with respect to domain names. Among other
things, the study did call for additional restrictions for certain terms
that currently do not receive trademark protection, such as the names of
generic drugs. However, the document held off on new rules regarding
geographical identifiers and personal names.
