Adam:
It is being discussed on the constituency mailing list,
that's why I sent it to the discuss list.
The constituency is not doing anything at the
moment, I am just asking SVPA, the organization that
Crocker represents, to replace their representative.
If they don't, then the constituency has a decision
to make.
We have applied this policy routinely to
others, most recently to Jefsey Morfin
but also to several ccTLD constituency
members.
Perhaps you should explain to us why a double
standard should be applied.

Milton,
This should have been discussed on the constituency mailing list. I
am sure you will come up with some bullshit about your elected duty
as an "adcom member". Rubbish. Dave should have been given the
opportunity to explain his relationship with Neustar and answer any
questions you and other members might have. Our procedures are
clear, membership issues are to be discussed on the constituency list.
At no time has Dave tried to hide his relationship with Neustar, he
volunteered information about his work for them (at or shortly before
our meeting in Marina del Rey last year) when Neustar applied for one
of the new TLDs. This is not a new issue.
I think it would be appropriate for the constituency's administrative
committee to send an apology to Dave Crocker and Mr. Mazliach.
Thank you,
Adam
