Apparently you do not understand the concept of acting under color of 
authority.  Apparently you also do not understand the difference between 
discussion and decision.

Surely you understand the difference between saying "some individuals have 
a concern" and saying "the organization wishes you to make a change".

You have taken a formal NCDNHC action, and it was not put forward as a 
matter for discussion.

In any event, Milton, you have an obligation to respond to the questions I 
asked, concerning the action you have taken.

Please do so.
