I support your amendments and hope it can be fed into the ongoing process.

There are not only a lot of "Cafe de Paris" around in the world (which seems to be OK now, when restricting the restriction only to country names) , but also the use of the name of a country or its derivatives should stay available in domain  names; consider the "Argentina Steak House" and "German Beer Gardens" and "New Japan Sushi Bar" as examples.
