Wipo-DNSO-Others...it is an accetable combination...and I hope that with
this also GAC is included amongst "others".

Sadly it wasn't for me able to be there yesterday due to conectivity
problems.  However, if my vote still can count, I would
"YES" to the resolution too.   And and I am agree with Milton that this
is very positive because NC acted in unity.
