I do not have much time to waste with this type of debate, but this
presentation is just erroneous.
9 months before the deadline, I offered Randy to be charged (RENATER)
for the domain name fee. Randy did agree not to have to pay this any
more, but he did not warn me about the exact date, nor forward me any
bill or invoice from NSI, nor informed NSI or ICANN of the change in
billing contact. In any case, the adminstrative contact is still ICANN
(it has always be that way).
There is no point to argue about that any longer.
