I agree with Vany in this case. People who
want to focus on the Structure issue should
be able to carry on detailed discussions
outside of the main list, where people may not
be so interested. If any major problem comes
up, then you can take it to the main list.

Well...the work can be done from the discussion list of NCDNHC, but
I though it was more pratical to work in "another room" and I think
that it is more comfortable to type one e-mail address than the e-mail
addresses of all the colaborators.
