Hi Thierry:

Well...the work can be done from the discussion list of NCDNHC, but
I though it was more pratical to work in "another room" and I think
that it is more comfortable to type one e-mail address than the e-mail
addresses of all the colaborators.  

Of course, this "another room" would be open, for anyone who wants to
monitor the work done.

Do you know that in the Names Council exists one mailing list per
Comite, Working Group or Task Force? 12 in total.  And it is very
practical and usefull.

Do you have another suggestion on how people as Chun, myself and any
other colaborators can make a proper work without complicating our lives
managing many different e-mail addresses, and at the same time that such
work be public, without bringing this to the main discussion list?
