Dear Chun:
Yes, the TFs in general can be composed by more than one member per
constituency if the ToR . Also all constituencies nominees have
to have the full support of the three NCs constituency members, if you
read the rules of NC on TF, Committees and Working groups.
The NCDNHC members at MdR agreed that the AdCom will vote one
representative for the TF on Structure from a list
of nominees provided by members, and such representative has being
elected, and is Raul Echeberria.
So, then any colaboration of other members has to be done in other ways
different than be sent as second non-voting representative of NCDNHC in
the TF on Structure, if the ToR of TF on Structure remains as are
proposed.
About adding subjects in the NCDNHC agenda, I think that all members has
the right to propose items to be discussed in the agenda of the NCDNHC.
Actually I sent to the list a proposal of agenda and schedules, where I
included your request. Also all members are invited to comment and make
contributions towards the agenda and schedules proposed.
Best Regards
Vany
